Unique flow control valves that have the combined operating functions of both Automatic and Manual Reset Relays. They are two position, three way “Block & Bleed” dual pilot supply pressure operated, spring return, panel mounted, flow control valves.
Each valve has a Latch Pin assembly to allow for temporary operation without either Automatic or Manual Pilot Supply pressure being applied. Our Automatic/Manual Reset Relays are equipped with a Red/Green Rotowink Indicator or a Knob (Palm Button).

DESIGNED to be used in today's advanced, automated safety system control circuits, ESPECIALLY WHERE REMOTE START-UPIS ANECESSITY. The application of pilot supply pressure at the APS port, automatically shifts the stem assembly to achieve an Inlet to Outlet (Cyl.) flow path. In this manner, the receiving fault detection, safety system is pressurized for normal operation.

SPECIAL FEATURES include the ability to convert our standard HLR 150-18/150-14 series Manuel Reset Relays into an Automatic/Manual flow control valve by the addition of only two parts. This versatility, unique to the HLR product line of relays,
provides a means of reducing operating costs to meet future control requirements and system updates.

REASON TO USE: These flow control valves are primarily used with Remote Telemetry Units (RTU) for controlling a satellite platform safety system from a shore based facility or a control center. The major benefit of using the HLR Automatic/Manual
Reset Relay is that the limited source of site electrical power will not be constantly consumed by an energized component.

OUR 150-18AM & 150-14AM are suitable for use with pneumatic or hydraulic fluid control circuits. These models have all threaded ports to properly disperse exhausting instrument gas to an exhaust header or return hydraulic fluid to a reservoir.
