"Single" or "Dual" line, two position flow control valves, used specifically for Emergency Shutdown (ESD), control circuit sequencing.

DESIGNED: to provide quick, instantaneous depressurization of a critical control circuit. As in all good designs, the HLR ESD Valves are simple, straight forward and functional. Our valves do not have exposed ports or connections that can be clogged by nesting insects or the accumulation of foreign particles. Whenever our ESD Valves are pulled for an emergency shutdown, the entire rear bore of the body becomes an exhaust port. This allows for high volume depressurization.

SPECIAL MODELS: include a Pull-Turn-Pull valve which is made specifically for installation on the boat docks. The Pull-Turn-Pull operated valve enables the ESD station to be installed at water level without the problem of wave action tripping the valve and falsely shutting in the platform.

REASON TO USE: The HLR ESD Valve will provide the positive response and control required for an emergency shutdown circuit.HLR also provides Signs and mounting hardware to install a complete ESD station. Standard stocked Signs as shown below, are available as well as custom designed ones.
