HLR 350- 10 Electric Sand Probe Switch The HLR 350-10 Sand Probe is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT), Electric Switch assembly designed to operate in conjunction with shutdown controls and alarm circuits. In the shelf status (Sand Probe Element sealed or with no pressure applied), electrical power is provided through the Normally Closed contact (Red wire). Once the Sand Probe Element is penetrated, media or process pressure will be applied at the Sand Probe’s base to switch electrical power from the Normally Closed contact to the Normally Open contact (Blue wire). The use of SPDTelectrical switch contacts, allows the assembly to be wired for either a gain or loss of electrical output upon actuation, as desired. The exhausting or removal of applied pressure at the Sand Probe’s base, will allow the SPDT contacts to be automatically reset.
The switch is preset to 100 PSI to compensate for thermal expansion that occurs within sand probe elements on high temperature wells. The HLR 350-10 Electric Sand Probe Switch can be mounted directly on the sand probe element at the process connection or mounted to a panel bulkhead.

HLR 850 - 10 Hydraulic Quick Exhaust Valve DESIGNED to quickly exhaust or depressurize a hydraulic actuator or control circuit. Each application of Inlet pressure will automatically shift the internal component’s to allow opening of an actuator. The subsequent loss of Inlet pressure will establish Outlet to Exhaust flow path to allow rapid depressurization of Outlet pressure.
SPECIAL FEATURES: The HLR 850-10 Hydraulic Quick Exhaust Valve has an internal spring to provide quick and positive shifting even at low pressures. The 850-10 is also designed to compensate for expansion in hydraulic control circuits with accumulators.
REASON TO USE: Hydraulic instrumentation and control circuit devices restrict flow to and from the hydraulic actuator. The HLR 850-10 is used to greatly speed up the shutdown or closure time of a hydraulic actuated Surface Safety Valve or Shutdown Valve. |

HLR 900-5 Solenoid Operated Automatic Reset Relay Designed for Three Way Block & Bleed control circuit applications. The flow control valve will gain instrument output (operating) pressure upon application electrical power. The HLR 900-5 is a two position, Three Way Normally Closed, spring return, Solenoid operated, flow control valve. Its Solenoid is internal Pilot Supply assisted.
Operating Features: In the flow control valves shelf position, the Solenoids Inlet (IN) port is isolated or blocked to internal flow. Aflow path exist between the Exhaust and Outlet (C) ports. Once electrical power is applied, an actuated position will be maintained. Aflow path is established between the Inlet (IN) and Outlet (C) ports. The loss of electrical power will return the flow control valve to the shelf position, or unactuated placement, and bleed down the outlet.

HLR 300-55 High Flow Hydraulic Controller The HLR 300-55 High Flow Hydraulic Controller was developed to provide increased flow control in higher volume SSV and SSSV circuits. A number of design improvements have been engineered in this valve to provide certain advantages.
Piston actuator provides positive shifting for long term and reliable service. Piston Actuators do not suffer from ruptures associated with diaphragm actuators and do not deteriorate over time.
Teflon o-ring as the seat of the Inlet check provides a common and inexpensive replacement and eliminates expensive repairs associated with matching metal to metal seats.
All seals are on removable spools to facilitate quick and easy repair.

| HLR 5000 High/Low/Relay A “TURN KEY” Single Well Safety System! In response to recent customer demands for “ready to install” safety systems, we are offering this “turn key unit.” HLR Controls has taken a 7970 Pressure Sensor Set (PSHL) and an HLR 150- 14FM manual Reset Relay (MMR) and tubed it up in a typical single well hook-up configuration. The HLR 5000 single well safety system is factory assembled by a trained technician. This allows you, the customer, to simply take the unit to a location and screw it into an isolation valve or process connection and hook up the Inlet and Outlet connection and hook up the Inlet and Outlet connections to put it in service. Performance advantages of the HLR 5000 include: The HLR 7970 Pressure Sensor (PSH) is designed to operate with instrument supply pressure of up to 125 PSI. HLR 150 -14 FM Manuel Reset Relay (MMR) is designed specifically to allow for an easier than normal, manual shut-in (by pushing inward) with a Pilot Supply pressure of 125 PSI or greater applied. With the addition of an automatic pilot supply cap (APS), the HLR 150-14 can also be used in an RTU automatic start-up circuit. The simple and inexpensive conversion to automatic startup will eliminate an expensive replacement of the relay if an RTU system is incorporated at a later date. We at HLR Controls are committed to providing quality products that are simple to operate and durable. Consider the new HLR 5000 High/Low/Relay in future installation. |
