HLR Controls, Inc. began manufacturing Pneumatic & Hydraulic safety controls in 1975. On September 1, 2011, HLR Controls, Inc. was purchased and is now HLR Controls, LLC.  Our new owner, Jim Moncus saw the value in HLR Controls and decided he wanted to join our family.  We continue to practice the time honored, valued tradition of providing simple-to-operate quality products, and quick deliveries. Prompt customer service is not a byword in our organization, it is the cornerstone of our success. Each product’s performance is assured by 100% double testing of all assemblies. A quality assurance inspector is responsible for testing, before shipment and affixing his approval code on all products. In this manner, we provide reliable, consistent performing components and product tracking.
