Hydraulic Vales : Product Details
Hydraulic "Interface" Valves are two position, directional flow control valves that automatically experience an internal component placement change, with each "on/off" application of Pilot Supply pressure. The application of operating Pilot Supply automatically results in a placement change of the internal flow control components. A loss of operating Pilot Supply pressure automatically results in a return to the original "shelf" or unactuated flow status. Our Hydraulic Valves are all "automatic reset" (spring return feature) in operation. Most Hydraulic Valves generally use a low pressure Pilot Supply source (100 PSI) to direct or control, high pressure (5,000-10,000 PSI) hydraulic fluid flow through the valve body.
We have several two position, three-way Normally Closed models and also some two-way, Normally Open models. Our Hydraulic Valves are typically used to operate (open/close) Surface Controlled Subsurface Safety Valves (SCSSV).
Several models additionally have the "Manual Override" (Operate) capability. The internal components can also be manually repositioned, to pressurize or operate a receiving control circuit. Manual operation is undertaken whenever, normal operating Pilot Supply pressure is unavailable. In this manner, the receiving control circuit gains operating instrument supply pressure through direct, manual operation of the Hydraulic Valve's "By-Pass" Handle.
