HLR 950-1 Vent Cap

The HLR 950-1 Vent Cap is a pressure relieving device designed to prevent accumulation of pressure within a hydraulic reservoir. The Vent Cap will allow gas to escape a reservoir before pressure accumulation can occur.

Under normal operating conditions, the HLR 950-1 Vent Cap will prevent rain, dust and other atmospheric contaminants from entering the hydraulic tank or reservoir. A spring holds the Cap closed and allows pressure to escape. To prevent loss of the Vent Cap during refilling, a cable and bar provide a tether to the tank.

The HLR 950-1 will mount in a 1-1/2" MNPT connection or can be mounted on a 1-1/2" FNPT connection by removing the pipe nipple. The unit is all stainless steel.
